Platform use

NemyGold provides digital access to medication ordering, pharmacy vendor operations, consultations, logistics coordination, and related healthcare commerce workflows. Use of the platform must comply with applicable law and professional standards.

Accounts and accuracy

Users, pharmacy vendors, and staff are responsible for providing accurate information during signup, onboarding, prescription submission, consultation booking, and fulfilment processes.

Vendor participation

Pharmacy vendors must complete required onboarding and verification steps before listing inventory or processing orders through NemyGold.

Payments and fulfilment

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers, including Paystack. Order acceptance, prescription approval, delivery confirmation, and appointment handling remain subject to operational and compliance review.
